Today seen us venture on a days retreat led by Father Jerry of Saint James parish, Marsh Lane, Bootle in which we had an excellent time of spiritual guidance and a relaxing productive day. The day had a relaxed feeling and well thought out plan with plenty of us time as well as guidance, an excellent video was viewed by all which took us through a host of different feelings as well as a fantastic presentation followed by a scrumptious lunch finishing off with a mass in the private Chapel. An enjoyable day was had by all that participated which brought us even closer as brothers and a credit to Council 584, Sandymount House of prayer was a good host venue with ample facilities for the day we had and future ventures, Many thanks must be said to Father Jerry for an excellent day we all thoroughly enjoyed and not to forget brother Michael for all his efforts in making this a special day.
